On Monday, June 3, 2024, the 26th Reader's Digest Trusted Brand Awards ceremony was held, a collaboration between the globally renowned consumer research company Catalyst Research and Reader's Digest. Since 2016, Shin Kong Life, a subsidiary of Shin Kong Financial Holdings (2888), has consecutively won the Reader's Digest "Trusted Brand Gold Award" for nine years. This achievement highlights Shin Kong Life's deep commitment to sustainable ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) practices and its dedication to fair customer service, earning high market recognition and consumer trust.

 

The Reader's Digest Trusted Brand Survey, initiated in 1998, is conducted annually by Catalyst Research across five continents. In Asia, approximately 8,000 respondents from Taiwan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Singapore, and Malaysia participate. Respondents evaluate brands based on six criteria: trustworthiness, quality, value, understanding consumer needs, innovation, and social responsibility.
