Shin Kong Life Insurance once again receives the "The National Brand Yushan Award". In the competitive 20th edition of the award, the subsidiary of Shin Kong Financial Holding (2888), Shin Kong Life Insurance, stood out for its innovative digital services under the theme of "Power of Digital Service Transformation", it proudly secured the "Best Product Category National First Prize". On December 12th, Chairman Mark Wei attended the Presidential Office to represent the company in receiving recognition and congratulations from President Tsai Ing-wen, adding glory to the brand's outstanding performance.

 

Celebrating its 60th anniversary, Shin Kong Life has strategically focused on "digital rooting, transformation-driven" in recent years. Additionally, with the aid of digital tools, agents can efficiently complete customer services in just 10 minutes. Besides gathering positive feedback from policyholders, this approach saves over 16 million sheets of paper annually, reducing carbon emissions by over 110 tons.
