 The Shin Kong Little Football Carnival was held last weekend, attracting about 200 families from across Taiwan to participate. Parents brought their children to gather and have fun together, leaving precious memories during the summer vacation.

Football is a globally popular sport, and the football-loving population in Taiwan has continued to grow in recent years, especially sparking a craze among families with children. To promote grassroots football and cultivate children's healthy physical and mental growth, the second "Shin Kong Little Football Carnival," hosted by Shin Kong Life, recently made a lively debut at the Kaohsiung Fengshan Stadium. Bringing together professional coaches, national team players, and local team instructors for guidance, the event attracted about 200 families from all over Taiwan to participate. It allowed children to engage in football skills, tactics, and physical coordination training, while also letting parents gather to enjoy the fun and witness their children's growth as they sweat and run confidently on the field.

This year's Shin Kong Little Football Carnival was held from July 12 to July 13. It featured a "Little Football Festival" designed for children with no prior experience and a "Little Football Training Camp" for those with basic experience, allowing children aged 3 to 12 to freely experience the charm of football according to their skill levels. It also encouraged parent-child co-learning to share the joy of football. The event specially partnered with the Fengshan Football Promotion Association, which has years of experience in football promotion, to jointly design courses and camp activities, providing high-quality practical competitive teaching that combines fun games and professionalism.

In addition, to create an edutaining learning atmosphere, the event invited Shin Kong Life's long-term collaborative local powerhouse school teams, the Youchang Elementary School and National Kaohsiung Normal University (NKNU) football teams, to serve as teaching assistants. Having these older "big brothers" act as role models for close companionship and guidance closed the distance with the young children. Multiple national team players, such as football stars Chen Yi-wei, Lu Kun-chi, Chen Yu-lin, and Chan Che-yuan, were also invited to the scene to interact with the little footballers at zero distance. This allowed the children to learn superb football skills and professional attitudes firsthand, planting the seeds of football passion and dreams for everyone.

It is worth mentioning that the "World Masters Games" in Taiwan, which just concluded this May, not only allowed the world to see Taiwan, but a Taiwan Team football representative squad composed of Taiwanese seniors aged 65 and above also won the 2025 World Masters Games championship representing Taiwan, becoming one of the most unforgettable matches. Wu Chao-hsing, a member of the championship team, is not only a district manager of Shin Kong Life's agency unit but also a former captain of the Chinese Taipei men's national football team. In the first Shin Kong Little Football Training Camp last year, he and Shin Kong Life Chairman Wei Pao-sheng, who is also passionate about football, led the children in friendly matches and exchanges on the pitch, helping to implement grassroots football promotion activities and demonstrating the enterprise's enthusiasm and commitment to sports promotion.

Upholding the ESG sustainable management philosophy, Shin Kong Life has long fulfilled its corporate social responsibility by promoting various sports activities to give back to society. Since 2014, it has successively sponsored outstanding grassroots football school teams such as Kaohsiung's Youchang Elementary School and New Taipei's Ziqiang Elementary School.
