At the same time, we direct essential resources to remote areas to reduce regional disparities, broaden global horizons, and build a sustainable and better life together.

Health Promotion
In response to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 3, SKL has organized Nationwide Blood Donation campaigns and hiking and road-running events, and Community Blossom initiatives to encourage people to care about their own health and to raise health awareness among the general public. In addition, SKL also organizes telemedicine to provide health information to the elderly and eliminate the disparity in healthcare resources between urban and rural areas, in order to build a stable and seamless healthcare protection network.

Environmental Sustainability
In response to the global trend of biodiversity (TNFD), SKL is committed to addressing the conservation needs of both marine and terrestrial ecosystems through concrete actions. Through the Clean Ocean Project, we train volunteer conservation divers and promote beach cleanups to expand our marine debris removal capacity and elevate public awareness of ocean conservation. We also supports aquatic ecosystem restoration through initiatives such as the Sun Moon Lake Mass Swim and Fish Fry Release Program. In addition, the 'the Happy Dining Table with an Acre of Land' initiative actively promotes food and agriculture education, advocating for food conservation and waste reduction to foster a deeper harmony with the land. Concurrently, through the Walkii platform, we launch sustainable initiative, such as tree-planting and habitat restoration, that directly bridge forest conservation with health advocacy. This integration drives our progress toward living in harmony with nature and mitigating biodiversity loss.

Cultural Development
Having operated in Taiwan for more than 62 years, with a presence across the country, we have long been a trusted neighbor within local communities. We actively support important local folk festivals and foster connections and engagement among community residents, helping preserve and pass down traditional culture while promoting local tourism and economic vitality.

Sports Promotion
Guided by our ESG sustainability philosophy, we have long promoted a wide range of sports initiatives as a way of giving back to society. Through sponsoring outstanding youth school football teams, supporting baseball and basketball competitions, and organizing football training programs, we have leveraged our corporate resources to support the development of the sports industry and encourage greater public participation in sports. In recognition of these efforts, we have been awarded the Sports Enterprise Certification by the Sports Administration, Ministry of Education (now as “Ministry of Sports”), for five consecutive terms.
