Shin Kong Life Clinches National First Prize at the "National Brand Yushan Award" and Receives Commendation from President Lai Ching-te

In the 22nd "National Brand Yushan Award" selection, Shin Kong Life, a subsidiary of TS Holdings (2887), stood out among numerous competing entries with its "CIS Big Data Disadvantaged Protection & Collaborative Fraud Prevention," winning the highest honor of the "National First Prize" in the Best Product Award category. On December 11, Shin Kong Life President Huang Min-yi represented the company at the Presidential Office to receive commendation and congratulations from President Lai Ching-te. Shin Kong Life's outstanding performance in corporate branding and innovative services was once again affirmed.

As early as 2021, Shin Kong Life led the industry with its "CIS Customer Information Integration System," assisting service personnel in grasping customer information in real-time, significantly shortening inquiry times, and notably improving service efficiency. It also possessed the ability to identify customer needs, proactively detect potential obstacles they might encounter, and provide personalized care at appropriate times. For example, when service personnel receive a call from an elder over 65, they proactively slow down their speaking rate and provide bilingual services in Mandarin and Taiwanese; in cases of large-volume policy cancellations, they proactively confirm whether it is the customer's true intention to prevent fraud. These details are the concrete manifestation of Shin Kong Life's inclusive finance philosophy.

In 2024, Shin Kong Life upgraded the CIS system once again, launching the "Care and Detect Tag (CISPT)" and establishing the "Collaborative Fraud Prevention Operation." Through online and offline collaboration, it quickly identifies high-risk customers and immediately activates fraud prevention mechanisms. This system has not only obtained three utility model patents but has also successfully prevented nearly NT$10 million in fraud losses to date, comprehensively safeguarding customers' property security and fully demonstrating the enterprise's proactive efforts in fraud prevention services and social responsibility.

Not only were offline services upgraded, but in terms of online services, Shin Kong Life's online insurance website was also officially revamped and launched in July, successfully obtaining the national NCC-certified Web Accessibility AA Mark. Centered on three core principles—"simple and easy to understand, intuitive operation, and friendly and approachable"—the website introduced responsive design and a brand-new interface. Simultaneously, taking into account the user needs of people with disabilities, multiple accessibility optimizations were implemented, including semantic structure adjustments, color contrast enhancements, and keyboard navigation support, allowing disadvantaged and disabled individuals to smoothly and accessibly use the website and experience friendly internet services.

This year, Shin Kong Life simultaneously won the dual recognitions of the "National Brand Yushan Award" Best Product Award and the Web Accessibility AA Mark, once again consolidating its leading position in the life insurance industry's digital transformation and setting an important paradigm for the market. Looking ahead, Shin Kong Life will continue to uphold the ESG sustainable management philosophy. By combining data insights with user behavior analysis, it will refine various digital services to create a more "inclusive" and "friendly" digital environment, translating its core commitments of corporate responsibility and the fair treatment of customers into concrete actions.
