Modern Insurance Magazine held its 2025 Insurance Quality Award Ceremony on the 7th, with Shin Kong Financial Holdings winning the "Most Recommended" award; Shin Kong Life Insurance received special awards for "Highest Recognition," "Best Salesperson," "Best Claims Service," and "Most Recommended". Shin Kong Financial Holdings and its subsidiaries received a total of five awards, demonstrating the long-standing commitment of Shin Kong Financial Holdings and Shin Kong Life Insurance to Taiwan, and their operations and services have earned widespread public support. The Insurance Quality Award, organized by Modern Insurance Magazine, annually invites consumers to vote on the "National Consumer Insurance Purchasing Behavior and Best Life Insurance Company." The results, based on indicators such as salesperson, reputation, claims service, and recommendation, represent consumers' most intuitive evaluations of insurance companies.
