Shin Kong National Drawing Competition Creating Happy Dining Tables in Remote Areas

The "19th Shin Kong National Drawing Competition," a major event in the art world for the year 2023, jointly organized by Shin Kong Financial Holding Co., Ltd. (2888) subsidiary Shin Kong Life Insurance and Shin Kong Bank, has officially begun! This year's theme is "Friendly Food Illuminates, Creating Happy Dining Tables." It aims to allow children in Taiwan's various towns and villages to get closer to the land, cherish nature, and build a concept of healthy and sustainable eating by choosing ingredients that are friendly to the Earth. As Shin Kong Life Insurance celebrates its 60th anniversary this year and responds to SDG Goal 2 to end hunger, it has launched the "You Draw, I Contribute" activity, where Shin Kong will contribute NT$10 for each participating artwork to support nutritious school lunches in remote areas, creating a bright dining experience for children in remote areas.

To implement ESG and provide more convenient digital services, Shin Kong National Drawing Competition has introduced a new online registration method this year. Starting today, you can fill out the registration information on the event website. Once the system sends out the registration form, you can print it and paste it on the back of your artwork to complete the registration process. Online registration allows you to check the status of your submission and receive award information in real time. Additionally, there is an opportunity to win online registration awards. All aspiring artists, who love painting are welcome to participate actively, or you can visit Shin Kong Life Insurance and Shin Kong Bank branches across the country to obtain drawing paper.

The submission period for this year is from June 15 (Thursday) to July 7 (Friday). You can personally submit your works at Shin Kong Life Insurance and Shin Kong Bank branches and receive a set of fun-shaped bookmark magnets, Limited quantity, while stocks last. There are four categories in this competition: Creative Coloring for Kindergartens, Creative Painting for Elementary and Middle School Students, the Hope Angels Group for those with disability certificates, and the Active Seniors Group for those over sixty. The top three winners in each category will receive cash prizes ranging from NT$5,000 to NT$2,000. In addition, there will be hundreds of winners of excellence and commendations, each of whom will receive a customized certificate and commemorative gifts.
